We have made a special effort to ensure that photos of the hair on the website reflect the true colour of the item as closely as possible. However, due to variations in screens/lenses and light, actual colours may vary slightly.
The images of the nail wrap designs on the website are digital images (ie. in digital format for computer and phone screens) whereas the images that are printed on the nail stickers are in a print format so colours and details may vary slightly in real life.
If you need any assistance with colour matching your hair extensions, please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be happy to help you choose the right colour.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same saleable condition that it was sent to you. It must also not have been opened and remain with the seal unaltered, in the original packaging. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the product has been opened due to hygiene reasons. For Eyelashes and Eyeliner, unfortunately we can't accept returns as they are unsealed items.
If the item is damaged, please report it to us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item and we will work with you to arrange a replacement. Photographic evidence must be provided.
Please note you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping and the outgoing shipping of the replacement (including the return of your original item in the instance where a refund or exchange is not approved for the reasons stated above).
To complete your return, please email us at email@example.com and we will initiate the process. We will require a receipt as proof of purchase.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within normal processing times.
Please note that refunds (including cancellations prior to dispatch), will incur a refund handing fee of 10%. The cost of shipping (if Express Shipping was used) will also not be refunded if shipping funds have been committed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Returning your item
To return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions and processing of your return should it be eligible under these terms. Please do not post any product beforehand.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (for Express Post orders) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
